As part of the spillway refurbishment projects of the Manitou and Caribou dams, both located in Ontario, GENIFAB was mandated by HMI CONSTRUCTION for the design as well as the production of shop drawings related to the manufacturing of new gates and their embedded parts. In addition, GENIFAB was also mandated to carry out design calculations related to a cofferdam.
GENIFAB’S RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engineering and calculation notes.
- Design of the cofferdam, spillway gates and their embedded parts.
- Layout drawings and manufacturing drawings.
- Installation procedures.
